At the Association, we're happy to have Julia on our Arts Enrichment program teacher. Her enthusiasmm and calm approach is as affective and welcome with family child care providers as it is with the little children in her family child care home.

of San Francisco
It was like being in a place where children could explore, think, and move their bodies and fingers/ body to toys that gave them that "wonder" and exploration. Like Bev Bos, you are giving the children the freedom to "do" and "be" but at the same time, have developmentally appropriate expectations and guidance.

BACKGROUND
My interest
in childhood development began when my son, Julian was a baby and has continued
to serve the Noe Valley community since that time. Prior to Julians
birth I was a manager for a well known store on 24th St., Star Magic that
sold gifts of science and spirit.
Growing Up is licensed under the State Of California as a Family Child Care
Home and I am currently licensed for 6 children. CPR and First Aid training
is maintained. My educational background is extensive in Early Childhood
Education from San Francisco City College. I am a Master Teacher in the
California Teacher Matrix.
I enjoy children greatly and find their natural motivations to be curious
and inspiring. The program that has developed over the years is intended
to be helpful to you as a parent so that you can know that your child is
happy and developing skills apart from you. I feel as though Growing Up
is a special place for children, myself and parents to enjoy the great experience
of a child being TWO!! I have always enjoyed sharing this wonderful experience
with parents and look forward to knowing you and your child.
